Minimum Qualifications Education - A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology is required. Experience
- Must hold one of the following licenses: 1) Licensed Psychologist by the State Board of Examiners of Psychology 2) Licensed Professional Counselor by the State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors Skills or Special Abilities - Competency in mental health/psychological assessment, diagnosing psychiatric conditions, and treatment planning required.
- You should demonstrate effective interpersonal skills along with verbal and written communication abilities. - Knowledge and skill in addressing the needs of aged and handicapped patients is crucial.
- A commitment to patient-centered and patient-valued behaviors is a must.
